“Perception of green spaces’ role in enhancing mental health and mental well-being in small and medium-sized cities” is a scientific publication of the In-Habit project, and was published on Land Use Policy in March 2024 by the Department of Agricultural Economics of the University of Cordoba and the Institute of Regional Studies and Rural Development, Faculty of European Studies and Regional Development, Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, Slovakia.
Written by María Mar Delgado-Serrano, Katarína Melichov´a, Isotta Mac Fadden, Catalina Cruz- Piedrahita, the study compares the influence of green spaces on mental well-being and psychological distress in Cordoba and Nitra. Using a cross-sectional survey, responses from 632 participants were collected and evenly distributed between the two cities.
