Replicable Business Models

On this page you will documentation, created by our partner Bridge for Billions (B4B), describing in detail the 16 most promising business models that have emerged from IN-HABIT and have replication potential (8 from the pilot projects, and 8 selected from the B4B Inclusive Business Incubator Programme), together with other tools they developed during the project. The models represent avenues for entrepreneurs to pursue socially inclusive business ventures; therefore, allowing for new venture creation with both an economic and a social value. Replicable business models to boost Inclusive Health and Wellbeing

This project deliverable sets out the full business models referenced above. After introducing in the initial chapters the selection, creation, lessons learned and other aspects of these business models, it proceeds to describe in detail each of the 16 models (see chapters 7-12), including for each model the following information: Description, key features, problem it addresses, value proposition, customer segments, channels, customer relations, key activities, key resources, key partners, competition, cost structure, revenue streams, surplus, social impact measurement, macro-environment (PESTEL analysis), critical success factors and barriers to implementation, strategy monitoring, and detailed market analysis.


Fact sheets for the 16 replicable business models

Here you will find one-page fact sheets for each business model, including for each model the following information: value proposition, key activities, cost structure, revenue streams, partnerships, replication prerequisites, and additional assessment indicators. These fact sheets may serve as a quick reference guide for entrepreneurs, policy makers, etc.
