In an exciting milestone for international collaboration, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana is hosting a pivotal event as part of the IN-HABIT Project Replicability solutions, which connects community development efforts between Córdoba, Spain, and Bogotá and Medellín, Colombia.
Location: Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Marino Troncoso Auditorium, Bogotá
Date: November 21, 2024
This gathering will bring together experts, local leaders, and community members to share insights on fostering social cohesion through the successful strategies pioneered in Las Palmeras, Córdoba.
The Colombian case study of IN-HABIT is focused on Ciudad Bolívar, a marginalized neighborhood in Bogotá, where efforts are underway to explore the roles of heritage, culture, food systems, environment, and animal welfare in promoting inclusive health and wellbeing. This event will facilitate an exchange of Spanish, Italian, and Colombian experiences and provide an opportunity to learn and share know-how about creating more inclusive and sustainable urban spaces.
