July 30, 2025Celebrating Innovation and Inclusion: Bridge for Billion marks a milestone for IN-HABIT Entrepreneurs at the Final Event in Córdoba
On June 11th, 2025, Córdoba hosted a vibrant and motivating closing event for the Inclusive Business Incubation Programme within the project.
The final gathering marked the culmination of a journey that empowered early-stage entrepreneurs from Spain, Italy, and Latvia to explore new models of inclusive, sustainable business within their local ecosystems.
Led by Bridge for Billions, a global social enterprise known for designing and managing entrepreneurship support programs, the incubation journey spanned months of mentorship, business modeling, and collective growth. The final event brought together entrepreneurs, mentors, city stakeholders, and citizens in a celebration of creativity, courage, and community.
A Human-Centered Business Journey
The evening closing event opened with a “Grounding & Presence Moment”, an invitation to pause, connect, and reflect, before moving into the heart of the program: the entrepreneur pitches. Projects ranged from metal arts and cultural initiatives to women’s health, inclusive child therapy, interactive storytelling, and sustainable food and beverage innovation.
The pitches included:
- Arte y cultura en metal (Cristina Pedrajas Rodríguez, Spain)
- Joppys (Diego Mariotti, Italy)
- El Reino de Yshada (Yshabela Molina Grande, Spain)
- Pop-it! (Nikita Zaichenkov, Latvia)
- Clínica Babynova (Antonio García Peñalver, Spain)
After a three-minute pitch, each entrepreneur discussed with the panel about their own projects, fostering real-time feedback and exchange with jurors and peers.
Bridging Cities, Sharing Legacies
A highlight of the day was the video, “The Journey of the Inclusive Incubation Program,” capturing voices and milestones from across Córdoba, Lucca, Riga, and Nitra. The screening reminded all participants of the shared ambition that guided the incubation work: to build healthier, more inclusive urban futures through socially driven entrepreneurship.
The event also featured a panel titled “Business that Breathes”, led by Cristina Balcells, advisor of B-Well Lab—an IN-HABIT Córdoba success story from the program’s first year. Her reflection helped underscore how wellbeing and entrepreneurship can reinforce each other in lasting, impactful ways.
What We Built, What We Leave Behind
As the program draws to a close, its legacy is rooted in connection between individuals, communities, and institutions. The incubation programme offered not only technical tools and mentorship but also created space for shared intention, trust, and long-term possibility.
The final toast and certificate ceremony stood as a testament to the resilience and innovation of the participating entrepreneurs, and to the IN-HABIT commitment to inclusive growth.
